Let’s map out your gluten-free journey through France!

France is synonymous with indulgence: flaky pastries, rich sauces, wine-splashed dinners, and long, lingering meals in charming cafés. For gluten-free travelers, it might seem like all of that is off-limits, but it doesn’t have to be! With the right know-how, France can be one of the most rewarding and delicious destinations for celiacs.

From dedicated gluten-free patisseries in Paris to countryside bistros offering safe spins on French classics like boeuf bourguignon and tarte Tatin, there are more options than you might expect..and more opening every year!

And of course, food is just one part of the magic. France is also home to world-famous art, scenic vineyards, historic villages, and stunning coastlines that invite you to slow down and savor.
