Let’s plan your gluten-free Greek getaway!

Greece offers an unforgettable mix of ancient history, stunning landscapes, outstanding beaches, and one of the world’s most beloved cuisines. From the ancient landmarks and vibrant streets of Athens to medieval old towns and whitewashed villages across the islands of the Aegean, every corner of the country tells a story…and many of those stories are shared around the table. Greek food is rooted in simplicity and seasonality, with naturally gluten-free staples like grilled meats, roasted vegetables, fresh seafood, olives, and local cheeses forming the heart of the cuisine.

While gluten does appear in items like bread, pastries, and phyllo-based dishes, many traditional meals can be enjoyed safely with the right preparation and communication. Whether you're dreaming of slow lunches by the sea or wandering through historic towns in search of your next bite, Greece is full of safe and satisfying options for gluten-free travelers.

With a bit of planning, you’ll find that eating well here isn’t just possible, it’s part of the joy of the journey!

Clients often book an Economy consultation first to get the general lay of the land, and then book a Business or First Class consultation closer to their trip to iron out the details.

You’ll be able to view their availability and choose the time that works best for you. Right after booking, you’ll receive an email with your Google Meet link for the session. From there, your consultant will prepare for your call and meet you at the scheduled time. If something comes up, just let us know—otherwise, please plan to join on time.
